Remove/Config MOP on TRU64 5.1 with new NIC's
We have a customer that installed MOP (from DecnetPlus), but then realised the wrong Network Interface Cards had been installed. So...question is how to we reconfigure MOP to take the new NIC's into consideration or would it be best to de-install/re-install the app

Re: Remove/Config MOP on TRU64 5.1 with new NIC's
Try running mopsetup. It is a menu driven interface. One option should be to manager circuits.
There is also an option to enable/disable mop functions on a circuit.
If this doesn't work, then as you suggested, deinstalling and reinstalling MOP may be the only way to fix this, but try mopsetup first.

Re: Remove/Config MOP on TRU64 5.1 with new NIC's
Hi Al,
We have been running mopsetup already and looking at the NCL scripts generated by the original install. Our issues is that mopsetup informs us that initial configuration has already been completed and it does not see the new NIC's. We have tried modifiying exisiting NCL scripts that define the datalink (the circuit scripts are okay since they depend on the datalink anyway). Also trying to rename exisiting datalink scripts so it looks like a virginal install, but so far no joy. After renaming some scripts we get a new mopsetup config but a connect still fails.
