Where can I get SAMBA binaries for Tru64UNIX?

Samba is included in a T64 layered product
called 'Internet Express' which could be downlaoded from the following url:

I think samba is not available for download even though its part of Internet Express.

May be you can try getting the sources from the www.samaba.org and build samba yourself on your T64 machine.
