Server Hang

Hi Guruz,
Yesterday my alpha server running Tru64 was hang and i needed to restart the server manually,
After restart my server is up and working fine,I try to locate where the issue,But i did not find any thing.
I really appropriated if some one help or share with me the tip to trace out the Error in attached html file.

I am not able to open the attached file. May be ITRC doesn't support that extension...

As far as the hang is concerned, do you see anything odd in the /var/adm/messages file or syslog.log file?

The messages file extract included in the supplied log (a V126 sys_check) does not show anything interresting.

When the server hung, you should have attempted to take a forced crash - the dump may have been able give a clue as to was was or wasn't happening.

You may also wish to check the binary.errlog using using wsea (Compaq Analyze) or even DECevent and look for entries in the period leading up to the forced reboot.

We have finally tracked this down. Using IE doesn't like .zip. firefox and safari work fine.

I've seen this complaint over and over and I never figured this out why I could download it and others couldn't. (And I have to work hard at it too. ;-)

I reported that months ago, or at least I thought I had ! Specifically its IE7 that doesn't work. IE6 works OK.
