synchronize time

We have a cluster with 3 members and i have a problem of time synchronization between members. May i use a ntp command like /usr/sbin/ntp -v host1 host2 host3 ? or another solution. It seems that each time a reboot is done, the problem of synchronisation occurs.

There is a tool to configure NTP (in sysman menu or X application).
The best way is to use some NTP server to synchronize time for all members.
