Re: tru64 end of support life
Why ask about Tru64 in an HP-UX forum?
http://hp.com/go/tru64unix
I see links for "» Tru64 UNIX roadmap (pdf)"
and "» Software support information (pdf)".

Re: tru64 end of support life
If you look into the links on the page that Steven pointed out, you will see that HP will support Tru64 UNIX through at least 2012. In addition, it is expected that HP will offer Extended Engineering Support (see the description, also linked from that page) even beyond the end of support life.
More details if you want them:
The currently supported versions are V5.1B-3 and V5.1B-4. (For the purpose of this discussion, I'm talking about Engineering support, i.e., bug fixes. For older versions, remedial and advisory support is still available from HP.) V5.1B-3 will go out of Engineering support when V5.1B-5 is released, which will be Real Soon Now. V5.1B-4 will be supported for at least 42 months from its release date, which was in December 2006. V5.1B-5 will also be supported for at least 42 months from its release date. The product roadmap includes one additional version, V5.1B-6, currently forecast for release sometime in 2010.
Hope this helps,
Martin
