Tru64 IGMP timers?

Hello all,

I am looking for information on configuring the timer intervals for IGMP messages on Tru64 5.1B.

As I understand from RFC 1112 delays are chosen randomly between 1 and D seconds, where maximum report delay D can be 10s.
In practice observations on Tru64 have been between 1 and 4s, but we would like to if it is possible to tune it somehow to a maximum of 3s.

Any pointers are greatly appreciated.
