unique cpu crash

We had a unique cpu crash on a ds10 running Tru64 4.0F. Is this hardware or software related. Attached is the dump. TX

The panic string seem to suggest a processor problem.

If you have not figured it out by now, there is something very wrong with your hardware.
The previous posts suggest a CPU problem, but this is misleading...it could just as easily be a memory or motherboard issue.

If you have access to field service, they
are very good at figuring this sort of thing out. Compaq Analyze (aka WSEA , aka WEBES)
would also do a good job of analyzing your
binary errorlog file.
