The previous posts suggest a CPU problem, but this is misleading...it could just as easily be a memory or motherboard issue.
If you have access to field service, they
are very good at figuring this sort of thing out. Compaq Analyze (aka WSEA , aka WEBES)
would also do a good job of analyzing your
binary errorlog file.
