Agentless Management Service not starting on HPE ProLiant DL20 Gen10 Plus VMWare ESXI 8

Dear Community,

I am posting this in a state of mind as furious as a man could be. Recently we've bought a HPE ProLiant DL20 Gen10 Plus, installed VMWare ESXi 8.0, installed the Agentless Managent Package and started to work. After a couple of minutes we wondered why the fans are still loud af and realised that the amsd is not willing to start. It is definitely installed as we can see in the ESXi GUI AND via esxcli software component list.

When we try to start the daemon is says successfull, but when we check the status afterwards it says:

amsd-smarev is not running 1718089745 1
amsd-ahsd is not running 1718089735 1
amsd-amsd is not running 1718089725 1
amsd-smad is not running 1718089715 1

Now, in this situation, an unemotional IT guy like me is looking for logs. But where are the god **bleep** log files? I do not find any reason why the **bleep**ing amsd won't start or, what I assume, crashes immediately after starting.

Next thing I've done is checking Google. Wow, I found a lot, but none of the suggested solutions worked. I tried to get some help from Broadcom but as expected they leave me alone. 

Then I said to myself: Hey, why not downloading the HPE esxi image for 8.0 U2 and do a fresh and new installation? Well, guess what, I CAN NOT FIND THE GOD **bleep** IMAGE IN THE BROADCOM SUPPORT PORTAL. FU Broadcom, really.

Anybody experienced this **bleep** before? Any suggestions?

  I did a thorough deep dive but couldn't find any clues. Have you installed AMS correctly?
