How to raise a case for Vcenter in HPE

Hello team,

I am facing an issue with our infrastructure virtual machine. When I logged a case with Broadcom, they advised me to contact HPE for VMware-related assistance.

I attempted to reach out to HPE through the toll-free number, but I was informed that I need to use the HPE Support website to log a case. However, I am unable to find the option to create a new case on the website.

Could someone please assist me in raising a support case with HPE for VMware-related issues?

I don't know about creating VMware-specific support cases, but the main HPE Support portal does have a "Create Case" feature.  Start here: https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/?language=en_US

If you have an account on the page it will likely try to log you in.  If you do not have an account, you should still see something similar to:

The first option under "I need to:"  is "Create and View Cases".  Selecting this option should open a new pop-up with "Create a Case".  Selecting that will require you to log into your HPE Support Portal account (or create one if you don't have one) and then you should be able to create a support case.
