HP Insight Control for vCenter: Virtual Connect unavailable

Hello *,

i recently tried to integrate HP Insight Control for vCenter 7.1.2 into vSphere 5 environment but i have an issue with HP blade hardware.

I have setup Insight Control for vCenter used credentials for ILO, OA and flexfabric VC. Connectivity status for my BL460c G8 blades in c7000 chassis is fine except Virtual Connect Manager which signals unavailable. I have correct credentials in vClient HP plugin and connectivity is fine- although i cannot get a proper connectivity status or network diagram information.

Anyone has a hint what else is required to have Insight Control plugin to connect to Virtual Connect Manager?

Thanks for information!

Same issue here, did you find a solution?

Hi,

cross check if any required ports are blocked, also find the below advisory which could help resolving the issue.
