Insight Agent for Vcenter - 'Text' object has no attribute 'ribcl'

hey guys,

 

we have recently configured a vcenter with 3 new 380g7. We have installed vcenter agent as usual it worked for a couple of days.

 

Now we have this weird error into the insight logs:

 

"Error communicating with iLO at ILOIP: 'Text' object has no attribute 'ribcl'

 

and the status of all our hosts are unknown.

 

any clue?

Hi,

 

I would say it is something to do with firmware of the iLO, suggest to check for the latest firmware from Hardware team and check on the same.
