Problem with bot fail HP PROLIANT 380GS

Hi guys, i'm new in forum so sorry for my bad language or i make some mistakes posting.

So, i have a HP pro Liant 380G, with 32g ram, 4 hds in raid5, today they lost bot files, so i put a pen drive to rebuild vmware 6.5 exsi, but when i try to select the drivers to re instal, do not show in screen.

wath i can do to recovery the files, or its possible to rebuild without lose anything?
