Hi,
Can some one explain what would be the appropriate/most suitable VMware license edition for hpe simplivity.
requirement is Simplivity 3 or 4 nodes with dual cpu. its confusing with new subscryption licensing.
Also would like to know is it mandatory to have VMware DRS for SimPlivity?
Thanks,

SolutionHi @yugan ,
1) Can some one explain what would be the appropriate/most suitable VMware license edition for hpe simplivity?
It is good to have the VSphere Enterprise plus or higher license is required for HPE cluster and its features including DRS. Refer this document.
2) Also would like to know is it mandatory to have VMware DRS for SimPlivity?
DRS helps in load balancing of CPU and memory of your cluster nodes. If CPU and memory utilization is more in nodes, you can use DRS. Refer this document.
