vsphere 7 - fault tolerance config error.

Hi, 

I am facing this issue concerning the configuration of fault tolerance: "Cannot power on the Fault Tolerance Secondary VM for virtual machine."

I am doing this configuration using: 

2 servers DL380 Gen10 with processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) Silver 4110 and vpshere 7 enterprise plus 

Can you please help find a solution?
