XP12K (aka Hitachi USP) Storage Cohabitating with EVA 8400 Storage on same HBAs?
Any issues with this environment?
We've a curent vSPhere cluster where all storage is EVA8400. And most of you know it is ALUA. We are planning to present XP12K LUNS (true Symmetric Active/Active) alongside/cohabitating...
Anyone else have a similar environment witha mix of ALUA and A/A storage presented? EVA and XP will share the same HBAs.

Re: XP12K (aka Hitachi USP) Storage Cohabitating with EVA 8400 Storage on same HBAs?
hi Alzhy,
we are using a EMC Symmetrix DMX 2000 with the combination of EMC Clarrions, without any problem.
DMX is a primary VMFS-storage for the Vmware.
Hittachi USP-V aka HP XP24k is used only for the ERP systems, but maybe in the future ( consolidation of DataCenter ) we will switch from the DMX 2000 => USP-V.

Need actual experiences or info with USP (not -V) with VI/vMaware.
