Where can I find service manual for 1200mx (C1107M)?
When I try to unload optical disk from top slots the optcal storage get hardware error 40h, 3Ch, 3Dh and fail. I chage stripe line but problem persist.
Can somebody help me.

Looks like: Carriage or picker motion failed. Check for obstructions in vertical
path, on picker and in drive. Check that the shipping screw is removed.
Ensure everything moves smoothly.

You may need to contact HP to get a better explanation of the error codes and what to do to remedy them.
