Hi,
If you are at the front panel you can press ENTER when you get the ERROR 3FH, this will give you an FRU list & some micromove errors, generally the last micromove is the one that failed the jukebox, also the 1st FRU should indicate if there is a problem with a particular part in the Jukebox.Also M
make sure that there are no disks impeding the pickers path etc & see if you can spot any obvious problems.
