I have a 3FH error message on our library , can anyone help on the meaning of this message.

Hi,

If you are at the front panel you can press ENTER when you get the ERROR 3FH, this will give you an FRU list & some micromove errors, generally the last micromove is the one that failed the jukebox, also the 1st FRU should indicate if there is a problem with a particular part in the Jukebox.Also M
make sure that there are no disks impeding the pickers path etc & see if you can spot any obvious problems.

Hi,

The error 3FH indicates that there is a PUT CARTRIDGE IN FAILED or a MAILSLOT GET OUT ACCEPT error. I would again check that all disks are completely inserted into the slots & that the mailslot is not jammed.
