c1716t firmware update (3535)

i have the same problem as posted before, and i dont have the .frm file, is in the HP ftp site? how can i get it? thank you

Julio, download HP Library and Tape Tools from www.hp.com, install it and go to "File->Get files from web-Firmware" menu where you will find latest fw versions to download and update your library.
