Can't append to CD/R created with HP RecordNow

HP RecordNow recognizes my cd/r as
appendable but after writing disk
only last apended shows.

So is it possible to make appendable
(multisession) cd/r with HP RecordNow?

I have HP 9150i burner...

Record Now will close the CD when recording audio so you can only do one session.
If recording data you should be able to add more data as the disk remains open.

My understanding of multisession data CDs is that Windows only sees the last session on the disk. All your previously saved files are still there - you can't erase a CDR - but if you want to see them you'll need something like Isobuster. Last time I looked it was free from www.smart-projects.net/isobuster. You don't get all the bells and rockets in the free version but it'll show you all the files in all the sessions and, I think, let you copy them back to hard disk.

Meanwhile, since you have the same burner as mine, can you do me a BIG, BIG favour. Look up its properties in Device Manager and check the firmware version. If it says H2.1 I'll be very much relieved!
