CDRW FORMAT PROBLEM

No question here...just another with the same problem. HP is aware but no solution in sight. They want me to send the laptop to the factory. Will update as I get more info.

What is the problem? Is it an HP CDRW that is not working with the shipped software?

I had a Sony Spressa CDRW that did not work with shipped software, it does work with Nero. I'm not sure what your problem is, though...
