CDWriter 8250i can't boot on CD

CDWriter 8250i can't boot on CD

Hello,

I use a CD Writer 8250i under Windows XP pro with a mother board MSI K7T266 Pro 2 and a chip Athlon 1500+.
The CD is master on the second IDE.
This works very well (the CDWriter is slow, but it works well)...

...except in one area, The PC can't boot on a bootable CD rom... I tried every thing I can think of.. but failed.

Any idea ?
