DVD+RW causes page fault in DIPAPI.DLL

DVD+RW causes page fault in DIPAPI.DLL

I just purchased the DVD+RW 100i and when trying to install disk 1 I receive the following error:

Main module caused an invalid page fault in module dirapi.dll. I see that this file is located under a Shockwave folder.

Any help to correct my problem is greatly appreciated.
