HP 8100i CD-writer

I have problems between windows 2000 and my HP 8100i CD-writer.(I cannot copy
or recopy) My CD-writer works only like normal CD-ROM.
Where I can find new software for windows 2000.

I have a 9350i and after installing the hp software under win 2000 I no longer have CD-ROM's!!!! Many people all over these forums have been complaining about this for weeks now, and there isn't one resolve issue! This is insanity!!! THE PRODUCT CLAIMS TO BE COMPATIBLE!!!!!!!!
PLEASE POST ANY RESOLVES IN DETAIL THAT YOU FIND - if you're that lucky!!!
