HP Writer 9500 error lock file system by and application
Windows 95B
Adaptec DirectCD 3.01d S49 (not sure of this number)
Roxie is loading. (don't know what this is)
Reading & writing to several CD-RW's and then the error comes up.
"ERROR: Lock File System"
"Locked by another application - Direct CD failed to finish all file system operations. do you want to eject anyway?"
The CD-RW is read by explorer and the title is seen in explorer drive letter. When drive letter is clicked the error "not accessable" appears. Rebooting allows access again.
HP firmware is 1.0e
Thanks
Wayne Bork
