Did I understand correctly? You lost the media? If yes, I guess, you have to get in touch with your customer rep., and providind him/her info, they'll ship one for you...
Eventualy try to call 1-800-633-3600.
Anyway, all new machines should come with complet set of cdroms.

i need the software when i download the update to my new computer, I get a message that a software is not installed so update will not be complete.
