Hi,
I purchase the HP 8200 series CD writer( I think it's the 8250) a couple of years ago.. I recently have a crash on my computer and need to reinstall the cd-writer again... However, I lost my installer CD.. I wonder how I can download or obtain the installer CD again.. Thanks..

Try going to www.hp.com, and look for a link to "support". There's a search function there, so use it to search for your product. Once you find the product, it'll have options to download drivers or have a CD sent to you.
No matter where you go, there you are.
