Read old archive Novell 3.12 formatted MO in NT 4.0 system?

Is it possible to read MO disks written on a Novell 3.12 system when I install the driveunit in a WinNT 4.0 system?

Background info: We used to have a Novell 3.12 server with a C1716T MO driveunit to archive files on 1.3GB disks. This complete system was replaced and rendered obsolete. Now it turns out that some MO disks were not copied and archived onto the new system. Is it possible for a SCSI WinNT4 system to read Novell 3.12 formatted disks, or do I have to rig up a Novell server just to be able to read these disks and copy them?

(So far I've installed the driveunit in a NT system. The drive is recognised, Disk Administrator recognizes a Removable Drive of 622MB, but reports an unknown fileformat of 1244MB)

Hello JJ,

I don't think Windows will want to work with the Netware filesystem. So you're stuck with having to re-install Netware 3.12 on a test box or, another alternative maybe, try Linux. Linux has an serious amount of filesystems that it is prepared to work with.

More on this can be found here: http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Filesystems-HOWTO.html

I'm sure somewhere out there someone was faced with the same issue and wrote a program for this but I have not found it yet.
