Robotica
Hi i am using HP sure store optical jukebox 40fx for my MO.
Whenever i start my system the robotica is recoganised as series of junk characters with a space.
Looks like i have to do change some settings in the jukebox.As i am using it for the first time please help me.
I am going to obtain a license for a Juke Box management software they need this information.

be sure to select the right connection mode, according with Jukebox SCSI interface, HBA, connector and cable (check also cable lenght, according with the mode).
If the problem is only on the robotic and the drives works fine, you could have to flash again the inquiry string and the firmware in order to let the sistem recognize the unit correctly. I suggest you to contact local support in order to perform these steps.
