1910 Switch Routing
First time working a layer 3 switch and I am a little bit stumped as to what I am missing. Working with an HPE 1910 Switch and testing setups with intervlan routing and what I have going on is very basic...
VLAN1 172.16.0.0/16 and VLAN2 192.168.3.0/24.
Vlan-interface1 172.16.100.3, Vlan-interface2 192.168.3.1
PC 1 is 172.16.100.9, PC 2 is 192.168.3.2
THE PROBLEM: PC2 can ping PC1, but PC1 cannot ping PC2. Using Diagnostic Tools on the switch, it can ping PC1 but not PC2.
Below is the Route table which was all auto-created. I have tried a few random static routes, but nothing has worked.
Destination Mask Protocol Priority Next Hop Interface
127.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 Direct 0 127.0.0.1 InLoopBack0
127.0.0.1 255.255.255.255 Direct 0 127.0.0.1 InLoopBack0
172.16.0.0 255.255.0.0 Direct 0 172.16.100.3 Vlan-interface1
172.16.100.3 255.255.255.255 Direct 0 127.0.0.1 InLoopBack0
192.168.3.0 255.255.255.0 Direct 0 192.168.3.1 Vlan-interface2
192.168.3.1 255.255.255.255 Direct 0 127.0.0.1 InLoopBack0
