5130 Switch Stuck in a loop
Hi,
I have a 5130 JG934A switch that I recently tried to reset to factory settings. After completing the factory reset process I keep getting the same messages over and over:
Automatic configuration attempt: 68.
Interface used: Vlan-interface1.
Enable DHCP client on Vlan-interface1.
Set DHCP client identifier: 40b93ce84222-VLAN0001
Obtained an IP address for Vlan-interface1: ***.***.***.***.
Failed to download file network.cfg.
Resolved the IP address ***.***.***.*** to nothing.attdns.com.
Failed to download file nothing.attdns.com.cfg.
Failed to download file device.cfg.
Set DHCP6 client identifier: 40b93ce84222-VLAN0001
Vlan-interface1 failed to obtain IPv6 address.
Waiting for the next...
The stars show an actual IP address where it keeps trying IP addreesses on our DHCP server. What can I do to prevent these downloads from failing repeatedly. The switch has been repeating this process for several hours.
