AP-505/AP-515 Wifi connection dropping intermittent after firmware update
Since November 20, 2024, I have received multiple user complaints about their computers frequently displaying "No Internet Access." This issue started after upgrading the AP to version V8.12.0.3_91078. Unfortunately, I do not recall the exact version before the update.
To troubleshoot, I attempted to downgrade the firmware to version 8.10.0.14_90752 and later upgraded to the latest version, 8.12.0.4_91755. However, the issue persists.
I raised a support ticket with HPE, but their technical support has been unhelpful, constantly redirecting me, closing tickets without notice, and failing to provide a solution.
Additionally, when I tried to Firmware Upgrade in the virtual controller, I was unable to proceed with the upgrade, as it displayed the error message: image_check_internal error 001 code 2.
As new to HPE, I am currently dealing with two unresolved issues with Aruba AP, and to date(19/02/2025), nothing has been resolved!
