Query: AP Aruba 8100 L3 Switch Vlan 1 Svi Problem?

Hello everyone,

I have an Aruba 8100 switch and have created 4 Vlans. i.e. in the end I have 5 Vlans. Vlan 1, Vlan10, Vlan20, VLan 30 and Vlan40 . I also created the interface interfaces on all 5 Vlans at the same time. The problem is I can't ping the VLan 10 computer from a Vlan 1 computer. The strange thing is the interface v. Vlan 10 is pingable. I thought svi interface interface was a router interface and would forward the packets. Should I not have created the Vlan 1 interface or Where could the error be?
