Aruba 6100 cannot remotely manage

Hello, I'm setting up our first 6100. For the life of me, I cannot access the switch via SSH or HTTPS unless I am directly connected to the switch or in the same subnet as the management IP. The switch is able to ping all subnets and the internet. Even after factory resetting it to remove all my configuration, I can access SSH and HTTPS if i'm in the network (10.1.2.0/24). I've already opened a ticket with Aruba support but we're a week in and they are still reviewing configurations. To me it seems like the switch has native security enabled that only allows management from devices in the same subnet, as rediculous as that sounds. I was hoping someone has encountered the same and it is a simple command. I thought it was my configuration and ACLs but after completely reseting the switch and still not being able to access them from any other subnet, i'm not so sure. Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

Re: Aruba 6100 cannot remotely manage

It turns out there was a route rule that was messing with the return traffic. After addressing that, I was able to access both SSH and HTTPS from any VLAN/Subnet. Apologies for the confusion.
