Aruba 6400 Switch ACL for DHCP

Aruba 6400 Switch. I have dhcp configured on switch, 2 Vlans, ACL's. The vlan that the DHCP is for has a ACL in applied and is stopping the subnet from getting an Ip address. What ACL permit rule  do I need to write to allow DHCP to work.

Permit ip mysubnet/24 to where?

Thanks
