Aruba AP 503 not showing in Aruba Central

we have recentrly deployed Wifi Campus, with AP 505 and AP 503, added device to inventory . 505 appears on aruba central but non of the 503 has appeared on aruba central.

AP 503 seems to get the desired IP address.

on the same port AP 505 connects and appears on Aruba central without any issue.
