Aruba Central Assigning Virtual Controller IP Address Conflict

Hey, I have assigned an IP address `10.1.10.5` to VC from System->General or as it means `virtual-controller-ip 10.1.10.5`. But we use NAC to register hosts and have a Radius NAC configuration as a Primary Server in SSID settings. In this configuration, DRP IP and NAS IP are `10.2.10.5` accidentally. And I realized If I try to access `10.1.10.5` I can't but can access to VC from `10.2.10.5`. So what does that mean, where the VC IP assign from correctly?
