Aruba Central - Slow
Hi Team,
We have a partner who deployed a 250k (deal size) network solution to their end-customer using Aruba Central - this is their first major deployment using the platform.
It has been an awful experiecne for this partner - they were not able to get the assitance needed from level 1 TAC (in the escalations process now).
The partner has complained of slowness within the platform, often taking 1+ min for a new screen to load after clicking - devices not syncing properly, and constantly having to refresh... all of this and more substanially increasing deployment time.
Thanks for listening, hoping to get some stability to the platform and this resolved.
