Backup config copy error to my tftp server , please help me for resolve this problem

ERROR TEXT

IT-DEP(config)# copy running-config tftp 192.168.***.*** cnf.conf
TFTP download in progress.
Error in sending rq message. Exceeded 5 retransmits.
000M Peer unreachable.
