Backup problems in IMC
I am experiencing issues with the backup of the HPE 2920 switch model. Initially, I received the following error message: "Failed to obtain the device version."
To address this, I added the missing sysoid for the 2920 model in the update-index.xml file located at C:\Program Files\iMC\server\conf\adapters\ICC\Hewlett Packard:
<adapter name="HPProcurve2920">
<description>HPE 2920-48G-POE+ Switch</description>
<sysoid>1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.11.152</sysoid>
<sysoid>1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.11.153</sysoid>
<sysoid>1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.11.154</sysoid>
<sysoid>1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.11.155</sysoid>
</adapter>
However, I am now receiving the error message: "Login type is SSH and file transfer mode is TFTP/FTP, this is incompatible.
Please reconfigure the device login type or file transfer mode." The login type is correctly configured.
What am I doing wrong? Have I made the correct sysoid entries?
