Can't disable DHCP service on switch 1910-24G

Through the web interface on this switch, I have chosen to disable its internal DHCP service, saved the revised configuration, and rebooted the switch. When checking again, the service is again enabled. Indeed, the switch is responding to DHCPDISCOVER requests and seriously confusing my network. What can I do to prevent this behavior?

Correction: After reboot, the service shows as disabled. However, the switch still responds to DHCP traffic.
