Caps lock blinking but nothing else. Workstation Elitebook 8540W

Hi guys. I have a problem with my workstation elitebook 8540W. It's blinking the caps lock light but wont turn on. I took the bios battery off, I took the memories off nothing, clean the fan and replace the thermal paste on proccesor and video card still wont work. Shall I use the hammer or what?
