Config device tab error

We are using version 10.5.113341, and have successfully configured a device configuration template, and applied it to targeted printers. Via EWS we have confirmed that the template is in place on devices, and printing is normal.

Strangely, we are receiving the following error in Web Jetadmin when we highlight a printer, then click the config device tab. "Error reading device settings. Empty values will be displayed." In the main window, the Device Model, IP Address, etc. all populate with information normally.

Help would be very appreciated!
