Query: Controller WiNG configuration

Hello Professionals,
I'm configuring the mobility controller over the WiNG tool.

I provided controller to have 2 VLANs like this:

-VLAN45: 10.10.45.2/24
-VLAN46: 10.10.46.2/24

to profile, I provided gateway to be 10.10.45.254.
From 10.10.45.2 it is able to ping to gateway, but from 10.10.46.2 can't even though both interfaces are up.

Could anyone tell me where did I miss?
