CP3525 no EWS access after upgrading to Firmware 6.240.2
I have here two HP Color Laserjet CP3525, which do not allow access to the embeddede webserver after supplying them with firmware 6.240.2. I can reach the devices by a simple network ping-also the Web Jetadmin shows current status feedbacks of the printers. But I can´t access them usiing the Web Jetadmin bitton "Embeddes Web Server"". With the Internetexplorer (via IP) I can´t get a connect, too. Unfortunately I see no possibility of downgrading the firmware.
Since the problem occured on two devices I do not go out of a coincidence! Can anyone confirm the firmware problem and and is there a solution for this.

This is the wrong company for printers and PC products. You need to register in the HP Inc. Support Forum:

Re: CP3525 no EWS access after upgrading to Firmware 6.240.2
Ok. Is this new?? When I signed in in 2004 this was the forum for Printers, too. The Question is: Does the named forum (http://h30434.www3.hp.com) support business-products, too? The German forum says the CP3025 is a business product
and for this reason not suported by the german forum.
I went to the HP Page: http://h30492.www3.hp.com/t5/custom/page/page-id//hp.rulespage. This is a page in german language.
This Page says:
..."if you want to go to the Business Forum go here: http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/business-support-forums/ct-p/business-support...
and the destination of this link ist this site?!?!
Is there a business product forum (printers) available or not? Or is the so called "HP Inc. Support Forum" (http://h30434.www.3.hp.com) the only support destination for consumer and business products?
I´m a little bit confused about that...

Yes and HP was one company. :-)
>Does the named forum (http://h30434.www3.hp.com) support business-products, too?
Yes, it's the only forum for HP Inc.

This changed almost a year ago, before the split:
You might want to provide feedback indicating their link is incorrect.
