Credentials to log on to the trial version of QTP sample app, Flight reservations, not working.

I just installed QTP, Unified Functional Testing, on my machine. I was following along with the online tutorial video but could not log on to this sample Flight  Reservations app - Mercury. 

Can I have the credentials please ?
