Dataport and other tools

Which is the easiest service to use to export and import information from HPE Records Manager?

We currently use Dataport which gets messy.  We use Dataport with 8.3.0.9365.  Our next upgrade is to 9.0 Build 4.

Which services are easier to use and configure than Dataport?
