DHCP For Voice not working

You will have to be quite a bit more specific. How do you have your configuration? Are you trying to use Private VLANs? How do you have your Uplink ports configured? What interconnect modules types are you using? Virtual Connect? Pass through module? Other? Where is the DHCP server located? Have you configured any IP Helper settings if the DHCP server is not within the same VLAN as the clients?

Thanks for repy , i just try to check the case

i have core SW 5412r ,and alcatel PBX , the dhcp is in PBX and conneected in Core SW in VLAN 200.
the IP-Phones in VLAN 1102 and data VLAN is 103

i make ip hdelper-address under vlan 1102 for PBX with IP (192.168.51.5)
also i make dhcp-relay in core SW also dhcp-snooping trust in all trunks

in Access SW

port link-type hybrid
undo port hybrid vlan 1
port hybrid vlan 103 untagged
port hybrid pvid vlan 103
voice-vlan 1102 enable
loopback-detection enable vlan 1 to 4094
loopback-detection action block

qos trust dscp
dhcp snooping trust
