download firmware switch - HPE Portal support do not work

How can I download the HPE switch firmware if I cannot validate my account from the HPE Networking support portal because I do not receive any validation email

If your spam folder doesn't have the validation email, resend it or try a different email address. If that still doesn't work, reach out to HPE support, and they can validate your account manually.
