Drivers Download Website Down

The website for driver download has been down for hours. When I called tech support, they said that the website is getting updated, and there is no ETA for its availability. Updating site during business hours? Why not do it on weekends, without interfering with business operations of many people around the world?

Just venting.

It took me three times to get to that page but a download worked.

All the HP drivers download pages are down now again. I have been waiting for long but they are all down with the following error. I attempted to go to HP EliteBook Folio 9470m Ultrabook page. I checked other models too and they are all down as well. I don't see any prior alert or anything. I don't think anyone is monitoring it. Otherwise, HP should post this matter on their main front page.

Understand that websites need updation. But come on! How difficult is it for a technology company to maintain uptime on its support portal?? Do they even monitor these sites or care if it is down?

A simple "under maintenance page" would help rather than assuming customers will be reading downtime notifications on some page which doesn't work either.

I've tried the whole day to download drivers for new acquired servers, and is frustating.

What the bloody hell are you doing, HP? I've been trying to access driver/support sites since Saturday for various products on http://www8.hp.com/us/en/drivers.html, and all I get are network level erros or 404's.

And you can't even put up a public notice there that you're crappy site isn't working? Seriously?

HPE Driver website appears to be down again from East Coast on a Level3 feed. This has happened at least 4 times this year to us, and we are only setting up 1 or 2 servers a month. HPE seriously needs to work on their uptime.
