EliteBook 2530p. BIOS error 501

Hi,

My work laptop catched an error: BIOS APPLICATION ERROR 501.
I tryed to update my BIOS according with instruction https://support.hp.com/by-ru/document/c02795538
But I didn't have Update and Recovery programm for USB-flash creation. I couldn't open HP BIOS Update window. How else can I recover my BIOS? The laptop doesn't response on buttons Windows+B (or V).
